Cookie reference
A technical inventory of every cookie Urban Assist sets today. Pair this with our Cookies Policy for the plain-English explanation and your management options.
About this table
This reference lists each cookie by name, who sets it, what it does, how long it lasts, and its category under PECR. If a cookie is not listed here, we do not set it. We update this table before any new cookie goes live — check the last updated date above.

Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work. Block these and you cannot sign in, book, or pay.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sb-customer-auth | Supabase | Keeps you signed in (authentication session token) | Secure, SameSite=Lax (may be split into .0 / .1) | Session / 60 minutes (refresh 7 days) |
| __stripe_mid | Stripe | Fraud prevention for card payments | Secure, SameSite=None | 1 year |
| __stripe_sid | Stripe | Completes the payment session | Secure | 30 minutes |
Local storage (not cookies)
These are not cookies and are not sent to our servers automatically. They stay on your device only.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ua_location | Urban Assist | Remembers the postcode you last searched | localStorage | 6 months |
| ua_cart_v5 | Urban Assist | Remembers your cart selection | localStorage | Until checkout or cleared |
Push notification tokens are stored server-side in our database when you enable notifications — not as a cookie or localStorage item on this domain.
Third-party cookies we do not control
When you open a map preview, Google Maps may set cookies to render the map. When you enter card details, Stripe may set additional device cookies inside its hosted form. Those cookies are covered by Google's and Stripe's own policies. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Analytics and advertising
We do not set analytics or advertising cookies today. Our product analytics — Vercel Web Analytics — is cookieless: it sets no cookie, stores no persistent identifier, and performs no cross-site tracking. It sits alongside the strictly-necessary cookies above as a strictly-necessary, cookieless sibling. If we introduce a cookie-setting tag (for example GA or a Meta pixel), it will appear here first, with a new category, purpose, and expiry — and a consent banner will be shown before it is set.
Manage your preferences
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See how to manage cookies for step-by-step instructions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in, booking, and payment.
